Watercolor on rice paper signed by Lin Chong. Titled "The Bride" Size: 38" x 32" framed under glass.
Lin Chong is extremely well-known in circles of famous contemporary artists. He is part of a small group of artists from mainland China who grew up during the period of the revolution. He is also the only artist to have done paintings of Mao Tse Tung's wife as well as the wife of Chang Khe Check, who set up his own country in Taiwan. This is one of the brides I think.
The painted surface of the rice paper is 24" x 18"
